Good Morning Division 1! Shape of the Day 8:30 - 8:50am – Check in with yourself.  Ask yourself what number you are?  Consider why?  Create a sleep record that you will fill in Monday to Friday until we are out of this “new normal”.  Record what time you went to bed last night (actually fell asleep) and the quality of your sleep (sound/woke up once or twice/tossed and turned) and what time you woke up this morning.  Record any dreams you recall.  Consider if they have any significance to you. 8:50 – 9:00am – Stretch break.  Listen to one or two of your favourite songs and move around. 9:00 – 10:15am – Sign up for Khan Academy. Good Morning Division 1! Grade 7s, please remember you have a zoom meeting today with Elphinstone staff at 11:00am. Shape of the Day – Wednesday 8:30 - 8:50am – Record your sleep patterns. 8:50 – 9:00am – Stretch break.  Listen to one or two of your favourite songs and move around. 9:00 – 10:15am – Math – Check the Math Page or try to solve the question below: 10:15 – 11:15 – Go Outside.  Be active.     Be mindful.   Grade 7s, you need to be inside by 10:50 to prepare for your zoom call with Elphinstone Staff.
